Full document verification is used for borrowers who are employed and salaried. You will want to have the following documents ready to speed up the mortgage process. You need not have all the documents at once, you can submit them as they are required by our loan officer. Additional documents may be required based on your situation.
The list below is required for Borrowers using Employment Income:
- FHA, VA and Conventional loans available
- Paystubs for last 2 months showing YTD earnings including OT, bonus, commission
- W2 forms for last 2 years
- Tax Returns for last 2 years with ALL schedules
- Conventional loans ONLY
- Bank Statements for last 3 months (all pages, even blank pages)
- W2 forms for last 2 years
- Tax Returns for last 2 years with ALL schedules
Bank Statement verification is suited for borrowers who are self-employed and/or using business income to qualify. You will want to have the following documents ready to speed up the mortgage process. You need not have all the documents at once, you can submit them as they are required by our loan officer. Additional documents may be required based on your situation.
- Income based on deposits to both business and personal accounts
- Conventional loans ONLY
- Bank Statements for last 3 months (all pages, even blank pages)
- YTD P&L Statements prepared by licensed CPA
- Proof of CPA State License
- Income based on deposits to both business and personal accounts
- Conventional loans ONLY
- Rental Income for all rental properties owned
- Mortgage statement and insurance info for ALL properties owned
- Bank Statements for last 2 months (all pages, even blank pages)
